What is breathwork?

Breathwork is the practice of consciously changing the rhythm and depth of your breathing to create specific physical, emotional and mental outcomes. Techniques range from calming and restorative to energising and transformative – all using the power of your breath.

What are the benefits

What should I wear?

Wear loose, comfortable clothing you can breathe easily in. Layers can be a good idea – you may feel warm during active breathing and cooler during rest.

What should I bring?

For group classes, 1:1 sessions and corporate workshops: just bring yourself, a yoga mat, water and comfortable clothing.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely, breathwork can be a powerful shared experience. For group classes, booking ahead is recommended so you both have a place. For 1:1 sessions, these are designed to be private, but Ramon also offers tailored sessions for couples or small groups – simply enquire.

How will I feel afterwards?

People often describe feeling lighter, calmer and more present. Some feel energised and focused, others deeply relaxed. It’s also common to experience a release of emotion. Every session is unique, but most people leave with a clearer mind and a calmer body.

Are there any contraindications?

Breathwork is absolutely safe for most people. Certain specific techniques may not be suitable if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, severe asthma, epilepsy or certain mental health conditions. If you’re unsure, please consult your doctor before attending a session, and simply let Ramon know in advance.

Do I need any experience?

Not at all. Breathwork is accessible for everyone – whether it’s your first time or part of your regular practice! Ramon will guide you step by step.

Is online breathwork effective?

Yes. Online sessions can be just as powerful as in-person. All you need is a quiet space and your own breath – the most important tool of all. 

What’s the difference between 1:1, group, and corporate sessions?

1:1 sessions are tailored entirely to you, offering a private space for personal exploration and release. Group classes are community-based, harnessing the energy of breathing together. Corporate workshops bring practical stress-regulation tools into the workplace, helping teams reset and perform at their best.

What’s your cancellation policy?

If you can’t make a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice for 1:1s and classes. Corporate bookings follow the terms agreed at booking.
